    I much prefer the idea of warm calling - as it builds up the trust and authentic angle much more than cold calling. One example I do not like is flashy internet landing pages with time deadlines and leaving the costs to absolute last. It feels exactly like a cold call and I would think in this day and age that just doesn't work anymore
